What Is a Personal Injury Trial Attorney?

A Personal Injury Attorney is an active California lawyer admitted to the California Bar and who already has the background and experience in handling clients that  have been injured, physically and psychologically, as a result of the negligence or wrongdoing of another person, company, government agency, or other entity. Thus, personal injury lawyers tend to be especially knowledgeable about injuries to your body and have all their experience in Tort Law.

Even though personal injury lawyers are licensed to practice in virtually any field of law, they generally stick to: Work injuries, Automobile accidents, Slip and Fall  and other accidents,  including defective products, medical mistakes, and slip and fall accidents, etc.

The expression "TRIAL LAWYERS" is often used to refer to Personal Injury Lawyers, even though in most cases are handled by personal injury lawyers who ‘settle’ rather than end up in trial. Unfortunately in my experience they never attend a trial.
